Bumblebee collects the account identity supplied during sign-in, email addresses submitted for launch news or offers, profile information, uploaded media, projects, applications, messages, credit activity and administrative records needed to operate the marketplace.

Website analytics

We record page visits, a random visitor identifier, referral information and basic marketplace activity so we can understand traffic and improve Bumblebee. We do not store visitor IP addresses in our analytics records. When a member is signed in, visits may be associated with their account.

How information is used

We use information to provide accounts and dashboards, send requested launch news and offers, operate applications and messaging, prevent misuse, provide support, confirm purchases, measure website usage and improve Bumblebee.

Visibility

Profile and project information may be visible to marketplace members. Private messages, account email addresses, analytics and payment administration records are limited to the people and staff who need them to operate the service.

Service providers

Hosting, identity and storage services help operate Bumblebee. PayPal processes purchases under its own privacy terms. Do not send card numbers or banking credentials through Bumblebee messages.

Retention and choices

Information is retained while needed for your account, marketplace safety, analytics, disputes and legal obligations. You may request correction, deletion or removal from marketing emails, subject to records Bumblebee must retain.

Security

We use access controls and account ownership checks, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
